Spring Staples with Old Navy

Cardigan/ Tank/ Pants/ Bag/ Shoes

Happy first day of Spring babes!

I have partnered with Old Navy to bring you a fun look inspired by “Neo-Nautical” style!

First, can we talk about how crazy it is that it’s SPRING?! I mean, praise the Lord for the wamer temps, but man is this year going by SO fast!!

When I think of this season, I think of lighter weight fabrics, colors, and open toed shoes! I was able to achieve that with the variety in stores right now at Old Navy!

I have been a frequent customer of theirs for some time now, (being such a sucker for their athletic apparel and pajamas) but am now loving their everyday looks even more! And at such an amazing price point, why not?!

I based this outfit around the cardigan. This piece is lightweight, the perfect length and neutral color, and was just what I had been looking for in a spring layer! Since purchasing, I have found myself throwing it over just about anything! If you only get one item from this look, this is the one I recommend!

This cute henley tank worked underneath because of the slimmer fit! I would not recommend wearing anything loose under the cardigan since bunching might occur! While this tank is super cute on it’s own,  I would also pair it with these shorts for an even more casual look!

Now for the last two parts, I had to go with white and brown! I do not ever gravitate towards brown, and I am not sure why! The Cognac shade of the shoes and bag complimented this look SO well! The sandals have been a life saver when I have an occasion that is not dressy, but not flip flop appropriate either! They are on trend with the gladiator style and lace up, along with easy on the feet! The bag and pants were two things that I just needed more of! Everytime I buy a large tote, I end up breaking the straps! (LOL) It may be a sign that I need to carry a slightly lighter load, but then where would all my options go?!:) And the white pants are so beautiful on! They are the perfect amount of stretch, and with the ankle length and trouser look, end up being just oh so chic!

All in all, I would have to say this, or some variation, will be constantly rotated on my go to list! Have you all found any pieces that are a must have for Spring? Would love to hear!

I am off to do a round of BBG with my neighbor (pictured above) Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your day!

Thank you so much for reading!
