I am so excited to finally share my Hilton Denver Inverness review! I got invited to come for a little staycation with them last weekend, and couldn’t have been more pleased.
This hotel is conveniently located right off of I-25, in Englewood! This puts you within 5 minutes driving distance of our local mall ( Park Meadows ), and about a 20 minute drive from Downtown Denver. I personally had no need to leave, as I found everything I needed right in the hotel! If you are in need however, just make sure to stop at their tour desk for any directions or suggestions!
We arrived on Saturday night, and were warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk! After being given our room key, along with a few hotel tidbits of information, we headed up to our King Guest Room.
They had local themed treats, a plush bed, high end bathroom tools, a desk area, and a beautiful view out our window! I personally loved the modern decor, and clean space. I am such a sucker for all those brown, Colorado tones!
Can we please talk about this bed? This little piece of heaven granted me my first full nights sleep in awhile! Maybe it was all the down, or the mere size of it…whatever the cause, I loved it! I feel like this is such a crucial part of a hotel stay, and needless to say they outdid themselves in this category!
PSA: If you REALLY need to feel this cozy at home, you can!! You can purchase all their bedding HERE, thanks to Hilton to Home. So, happy shopping! (I may or may not have convinced Dan to get a set for our room. Ahhh, the power of persuasion:)
Interestingly enough, I had been wanting to try out Peter Thomas Roth products ever since my girlfriend Shelbie had raved about his line, and to my surprise; they were available on the vanity area! (They did not disappoint!)
After finishing checking out everything the room, we headed down to the Fireside Bar & Grill for dinner. My favorite part about this restaurant, was the whole back wall of windows! It showcased the beautiful golf course and pond, which really set a wonderful and calming ambiance–talk about dinner with a view!
What We Ate:
Pueble Chile Crab Cakes
Salmon Oscar / Filet Mignon
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cake
The food presentation was amazing, and everything was perfectly delectable! After this dinner, we took an evening stroll around their beautiful grounds, and then called it a night so we could watch movies in bed!
Sunday morning, we woke up and headed straight down to their amazing brunch we had heard so much about! Located in the Garden Terrace, this brunch spread was like nothing I had ever experienced before! Upon entering the space, we saw hundreds of options meant to satisfy any palette!
It would be a little embarassing to list everything we were able to devour, but a few standout items were:
Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast
Raw Seafood Tower
With bellies filled, Dan headed to the pool to get some work done, and I naturally headed to the spa!
The inside of their spa is so pretty and relaxing! I can honestly say I was truly able to unwind during my time here, which is a rare occurrence in this day and age! This helped me get in check with myself, and remember how “me time” is absolutely crucial for your overall health and well being!
That being said, I chose the 80 minute Relax Massage, followed by the 50 minute Classic European Facial. You can see a full list of the services they offer HERE. Both were executed wonderfully, and were performed by very knowledgeable staff that taught me a few skincare tips and tricks I hadn’t known prior. Score!
After the treatments, you can go into the steam room or venture outside to their serene hot tub area. This was one of my favorite spots for a little fresh air and some light snacks. (Keep in mind, you can order anything you are craving from their Spa Cuisine menu, or just select from the assortment they have provided in the waiting room)
For the last activity during my stay, I decided to join Dan and try out both their indoor, and outdoor pools! I am happy to report they both offered ample space, warm water, and even MORE relaxation. We spent the afternoon splashing around and continuing our ever long journey to that perfect summer tan.
A few amenities this hotel offers that we didn’t get to utilize this time around were:
Before heading back home, I grabbed a coffee from Elevate Coffee Bar! They have this located to the right of the main elevators, and carries a large selection of delicious drinks and snacks! (Even milk alternatives-yay!)
Drink in hand, I started mentally planning my return trip while walking to the car!
Until next time, Hilton Denver Inverness!
